WebMar 19, 2014 · I need to fit some shelves in my garage but the walls are made of soft breeze blocks. I think they may be the airated type. When I drill into them, they are very soft and not like most other heavy duty breezeblocks or red bricks ( I do not need to use the hammer function on the drill or even masonry drill bits).
